AN INVOICE FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU SHORTLY.

ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ACTIVATED FOR YOUR COMPANY.

Fee Schedule

Membership Category Annual Membership Dues *
  • Manufacturer

    Companies authorized to sell life and health insurance by the federal, provincial or territorial regulators in Canada (as defined by Assuris) and Fraternal Benefit Societies (as defined by OSFI) whose applications have been approved by the Executive Committee. Manufacturers under common ownership will be treated as a single manufacturer.

    Annual Membership Dues * $26,460
  • Distributor

    Companies licensed to distribute life and health insurance products in Canada, and whose applications have been approved by the Executive Committee.

    Annual Membership Dues * $4,410
  • Affiliate

    Companies or organizations actively engaged in a business with a division substantially related to life and health insurance (such as, but not limited to Vendors, Suppliers, Associations and Reinsurers) and whose applications have been approved by the Executive Committee.

Invoicing

Membership dues are payable upon joining. An invoice will be emailed to you.

Each member shall pay annual membership dues in advance. The amount of the dues and the date of payment shall be fixed by the Executive Committee.

Annual membership dues are renewable and invoiced in March for the following May 1 to April 30 CLIEDIS fiscal year.

Companies joining between November 1 and January 31 will receive a pro-rated invoice for the remaining portion of the fiscal year.

Members joining in February, March or April will not be required to pay membership dues for the balance of the fiscal year and instead will receive an invoice for the following fiscal year.
