CITS Base Policy Foundation Guide v1.8.1 Now Available

A new minor release of the CITS Base Policy Foundation guide is now available. This version, 1.8.1, only includes documentation clarifications. This guide is used by both the CITS Application Notification and Book of Business feeds.
