A chief concern of our membership is to be able to communicate effectively with trading partners regarding feed changes and issues. One challenge that has surfaced is being able to identify ‘who’ to contact because that person is frequently changing. Lists are thus outdated and companies cannot receive the information they need.

We have always maintained the carrier contact points on our website in the Knowledge Base. To ensure they remain correct, we have added verification of the current contacts to our progress reporting.

In addition, we have gathered a list of distributors’ contact points, both individuals and generic mailboxes when applicable, as well as vendor contacts as it specifically pertains to feed related communications. The vendor contacts are now also available in the Knowledge Base in the folder “*Contact Points”.  A link has also been included for each carrier / feed combination so that you can find the carrier’s contact when looking at that carrier’s information.
