In August 2019, CLIEDIS conducted a webinar reviewing the action items that came out of the FAWG meeting in April 2019 and our approach to moving these forward.

The CLIEDIS Board of Directors identified that the biggest area of concern continues to be improving new business processing. We will focus additional efforts in this space. We will continue to provide the support we do today on inforce related processing, particularly around BoB approvals and issue tracking.

We have also provided better categorization of the logged issues in the Knowledge Base to identify which are data feed issues and which may be caused by a back end system or process and not something that can be fixed within a feed generation process.

We will rely on the reporting of CLIEDIS members to identify issues, whether in feeds, processes, vendor systems, tools. We ask for detailed information regarding the issue so that we can take action on it.

The issues reported to us are the items we will focus on addressing.
