Since March 2026, it has been possible to send electronic application (e‑app) and pending policy data feeds to more than one back office.

Improved data distribution
Sending these data feeds to multiple back offices (up to a maximum of 3) is intended to optimize the tracking process for managing general agent (MGA) cases and to enhance analytical efficiency in client management.

Compliance with Canadian standards
Our four available feeds (e‑app, pending, book of business, and commission) comply with CITS standards, are approved by CLIEDIS, and are available to all our partners.

Feed availability
If you would like to receive the data feeds provided by iA Financial Group or have them delivered to multiple back offices, please contact cits@ia.ca.
